CYGNUS is offering an Incident Response as-a-service solution for the vessel, which includes prepaid time which can be used to investigate and address cybersecurity incidents in cooperation with the customer’s IT department.
This allows customers to formally list CYGNUS Technologies as a permanent external member of their CSIRT Team (Cyber Security Incident Response Team) in the vessel’s Cybersecurity Manual, while also fulfilling the Expert Witness role in potential legal investigations and proceedings.
